Chop 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley finely, keeping some tender stems for flavor.

Finely chop or mince 4 large garlic cloves.

Pull leaves off the stem of fresh thyme to get about 1 teaspoon.

Add 1 teaspoon of dried Greek oregano to the bowl.

Zest and juice 1 lemon, catching the seeds with your hand.

Pour in 1/3 cup of olive oil.

Add 1 teaspoon of sweet Spanish paprika.

Season with a pinch of kosher salt and black pepper.

Whisk all the ingredients together in the bowl to combine.

Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally to create even pieces.
