Ingredients

  • 1 cold light Mexican beer (e.g., Corona, Modelo)
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Rim the glass with lime juice and dip it into a mixture of chili powder and salt to coat the rim.
  2. 2In a shaker, combine the tomato juice, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, chili powder, and salt.
  3. 3Stir the mixture gently to combine all the ingredients.
  4. 4Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes.
  5. 5Pour the tomato mixture over the ice in the glass.
  6. 6Slowly pour the cold beer into the glass, allowing it to mix with the tomato mixture.
