Gently flip and cook for another minute until lightly golden.
Transfer the wrapper to a plate and let cool slightly.
Prepare the filling by sautéing the firm tofu, kabocha squash, celery, and cabbage until tender.
Season the filling with mushrooms seasoning, salt, white pepper, and toasted sesame oil.
Assemble the spring roll by placing the sautéed filling on the wrapper, drizzling with hoisin sauce and chili sauce.
Roll the wrapper tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
