1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup water
2 large eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup cornmeal

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Grease the cast-iron skillet with rendered pork lard or vegetable oil.
