Die Putenkeule die Haut einritzen und mit CHMELI - SUNELI Gewürz Mischung einstreuen.
Für 2-3 Stunden marinieren.
In den Ofenmeister legen und etwas Öl drüberträufeln.
Im kalten Ofen bei 230° O/U für 1 Stunde ohne Deckel backen.
Nach 30 Minuten die Keule wenden und mit Deckel weitere 30 Minuten backen.
Für den Bobbat Teig: Buttermilch, frische Hefe und Honig vermischen.
Dinkelmehl, Eier, Butter und Salz hinzufügen.
Evtl. Rosinen mit heißem Wasser übergießen, abgießen und in den Teig kneten.
Teig für 1-4 Stunden ruhen lassen und in 13 Kugeln abstechen.
Vor dem Backen nochmals für 20 Minuten ruhen lassen.
900 g Kartoffeln in Spalten schneiden und mit 1 Tl Salz und CHMELI - SUNELI würzen.
Nach 1 Stunde die Keule rausnehmen und die Kartoffeln mit dem Sud vermischen.
Die Keule wieder drauflegen und 240 - 300 g Wasser in den Ofenmeister gießen.
Mit Deckel für 40 - 60 Minuten garen bis die Kartoffeln gar sind.
Bobbat drauflegen, auf 180° runterschalten und 30 Minuten mit Deckel garen.
