Peach & Pistachio Crumble Recipe - SORTED

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Wash and slice the peaches, removing the pits.

In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.

Mix well until the peaches are evenly coated.

Transfer the peach mixture to a baking dish.

In another bowl, combine oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.

Spread the crumble mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
