2 stalks escallion
chopped bell peppers
diced carrots
pimento seeds
1 tbsp corriander powder
1 tbsp worecestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
cayenne pepper
garlic
scotch bonnet pepper
small sprig of rosemary / thyme
