Wash the potatoes well and rinse in clean water.

Cook the potatoes until done.

Drain the water and leave the potatoes to cool down.

Peel the potatoes.

Twist the potatoes on a meat grinder.

Add salt to taste.

Add 3 tablespoons of white flour and knead well.

Add 150 grams of corn grits and knead well again.

Form two balls from the dough.

Sprinkle the board with corn grits and form a circle 1.5-2 centimeters thick.

Sprinkle corn grits on top of the formed circles.

Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
