Place a spoonful of potato filling in the center of each disc; fold the edges over to seal.
Roll out each stuffed disc gently into a flatbread shape, being careful not to let the filling escape.
Heat a skillet over medium heat; cook each bread until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Brush with butter or oil while cooking for extra flavor.
Serve warm with yogurt or chutney.
