Preheat oven at 170C/340F.

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, white sugar and melted butter for 2 minutes. Add oil then mix.

Add eggs, salt and vanilla. Beat on high until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.

Add espresso powder and mix on low.

Sift in flour and pure cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Mix until combined.

Grease a 9x7" pan and line with parchment paper.

Pour batter and spread evenly.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Let it cool down.

Serve and enjoy!
