Boil 12 eggs until hard-boiled.

Peel the boiled eggs using a spoon to help remove the shell.

Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise (hot dog style).

Remove the yolks from the egg whites and place them in a separate bowl.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of whole grain mustard and 0.5 cup of mayonnaise to the yolks.

Add 2 tablespoons of chopped pickles to the yolk mixture.

Mix the yolk mixture until well combined.

Scoop the yolk mixture into a plastic ziploc bag, squeeze it to one corner, and cut the corner off to pipe it into the egg whites.

Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
