Coconut oil adds flavor while vegetable oil is more economical.

Pour water, salt, and oil into a bowl and stir to dissolve the salt.

Add corn flour little by little and start kneading with your hands.

Once you have a nice firm but not sticky dough, take portions and form discs.

Flatten the discs without making them too thin.

Cook them in a pan until golden brown on both sides, which takes a few minutes.

Alternatively, bake them in the oven at 180° C for 30 minutes after brushing with vegetable oil.
