Add 1 cup of water to a saucepan and turn on the flame to warm the water.

Once the water is warm, reduce the flame to the lowest and pour 3/4 of the warmed water into a cup, leaving 1/4 cup in the saucepan.

Place the saucepan back on the stove, turn the flame on high, and bring the remaining water to a boil.

Once the water starts to boil, reduce the flame to the lowest and add 1 teaspoon of organic turmeric powder.

Add 2 pinches of black pepper powder to the saucepan and stir well.

Let the mixture steep on low flame for about 30 to 40 seconds, then turn off the flame.

Pour the turmeric mixture into the cup with the previously warmed water, ensuring the water is warm and not very hot.

Add 2 teaspoons of organic honey to the mixture and stir well, ensuring the water is lukewarm.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of wood pressed coconut oil to the mixture for better absorption of curcumin.
