Blend garlic, onion, and spring onions in a food processor to make a green seasoning.
Mix the green seasoning with the kidneys and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
Chop bell peppers and prepare skewers by alternating pieces of kidney and bell peppers.
Rub an onion on the grill to prevent sticking.
Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
