3

Add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of cumin, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.

4

Soak some bread crumbs in a little bit of olive oil and add them to the meat mixture.

5

Slice 1 medium onion in half and grate it into the bowl.

6

Add 2 cloves of garlic to the mixture.

7

Use a mixer with a paddle attachment to blend the mixture until it is super fine and pasty.

8

Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan greased with olive oil and press it down.

9

Bake in the oven for about 1 hour until the top is nice and brown.

While the meat is baking, peel an English cucumber and place it in a bowl with a strainer and paper towel to catch moisture.

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out some moisture.

In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt, the grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, and juice from 1 lemon. Mix well.

13

After 1 hour, remove the meat from the oven and cut it into slices.

Warm up some flatbread or pita in the oven.
