- ●1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1In a medium bowl, combine the honey and Dijon mustard.
- 2Add the apple cider vinegar to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
- 3Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- 4Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
- 5Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more cayenne for heat or more honey for sweetness.
- 6Transfer the hot honey mustard to a jar or airtight container.
- 7Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- 8Serve as a dipping sauce, salad dressing, or sandwich spread.

Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, onions, and green bell peppers. Mix well and let sit for 1 hour to draw out moisture.
- 2After 1 hour, drain the vegetable mixture and rinse under cold water. Drain again thoroughly.
- 3In a large pot, combine sugar, white vinegar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- 4Add the drained vegetable mixture to the pot and stir to combine.
- 5Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 7Pour the relish into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/2 inch of headspace at the top.
- 8Seal the jars with lids and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes to ensure preservation.
- 9Allow the jars to cool completely at room temperature before storing them in a cool, dark place.
- 10Let the relish sit for at least 24 hours before using to allow flavors to meld.

- 2Add salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture.
- 3Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
- 4Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- 5Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6The mixture should thicken and become jam-like in consistency.
- 7Remove the saucepan from heat and let the jam cool slightly.
- 8Transfer the jam to a clean jar or container and let it cool completely before sealing.
- 9Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
