  • 4 cups diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced green bell peppers
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, onions, and green bell peppers. Mix well and let sit for 1 hour to draw out moisture.
