Instructions
- 1Marinate chicken breast with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- 2Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- 4Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 5While the chicken rests, chop the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- 6In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and toss gently.
- 7Add sliced chicken on top of the salad mixture.
- 8Sprinkle feta cheese and kalamata olives over the salad.
- 9Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top.
- 10Serve with warm pita bread on the side.

- 6Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lime juice or salt as desired.
- 7Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
