4 large russet potatoes

1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 medium avocados
2 cups spinach
1 lime
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup pico de gallo
1 medium red bell pepper
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup micro greens
1 jalapeno
1/4 cup scallions
1 can (15 oz) black beans

Cut russet potatoes into steak fries.

Season the fries with olive oil, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

Toss the fries until evenly coated with the seasoning.

Lay the fries out on a baking sheet without touching each other.

Bake the fries in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the guacamole by cutting the avocados and scooping the flesh into a food processor.
