Welcome to the channel, today we are making Oreo biscuit cake.
Take Oreo biscuits and Happy Happy biscuits. We will use Oreo biscuits for decoration and Happy Happy biscuits for the base.
Open the biscuits carefully, do not open the Oreo biscuits yet as they will become soft before the cake is baked.
Crush the Happy Happy biscuits into a fine powder, adding them gradually to the mixer to avoid overflow.
Once crushed, add milk slowly while mixing to avoid clumping.
Add a little eno to the mixture, not too much, otherwise the cake will spoil.
Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle flour evenly by shaking the dish, not with fingers.
Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
In a separate pot, add salt and a stand for the baking dish, if you don't have an oven you can use this method.
Cover the pot and bake for some time.
After baking, check if the cake is ready and turn off the gas.
Carefully remove the hot baking dish to avoid burns.
Cut the cake into three layers.
Add melted Hershey's chocolate on the first layer, then add Oreo biscuits on top of the chocolate.
On the second layer, add more Hershey's chocolate and then cashews and almonds.
Press down the layers firmly and spread evenly.
Decorate the top with biscuits and the nuts we prepared earlier.
Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the cake.
Refrigerate the cake before serving.
