Warm the milk to about 40 degrees Celsius and add it.
Melt the butter and add it.
Mix until there are no lumps in the ingredients.
First fermentation: Ferment at 40 degrees for 10 minutes, then punch down the dough.
Ferment again at 40 degrees for 10 minutes, then punch down the dough.
Ferment at 40 degrees for another 10 minutes.
Shape the dough: Place the dough on a surface and shape it into a ball.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Shape the dough into a rectangle and roll it into a log.
Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Final fermentation: Ferment at 40 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until it has risen about 1.5 times its size.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius once fermentation is complete.
Dust lightly with strong flour and bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until done.
