Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a pan.
Add 200 grams of chicken to the pan and spread it out.
Add 1 teaspoon of garlic paste and 1 teaspoon of ginger paste to the chicken.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes until the color changes.
Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon of pink salt.
Mix again and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spices are well combined.
Add 2 tablespoons of capsicum and 4 tablespoons of sweet corn to the mixture and mix well.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes and then let the mixture cool down.
Once cooled, add 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Cut the bread into pieces and flatten them out.
Take one piece of bread, place 1 tablespoon of the filling on it, and seal the edges with water.
Press the edges with a fork to ensure they are sealed properly.
Repeat the process for all pieces of bread to make half moons.
Beat an egg and dip each half moon into the egg wash, then coat with bread crumbs.
Store the half moons in an airtight container with butter paper between layers to prevent sticking.
You can freeze them for up to a month.
To cook, heat oil in a kadhai and fry the half moons for 3-4 minutes on medium flame, flipping them until golden brown on both sides.
