Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Mix whole wheat flour, rye flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

Fold in caraway seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flaxseeds.
Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan.
Smooth the top with a spatula and score the surface with a knife.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
