Instructions

- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté chopped onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- 5Stir in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts; cook until spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- 6In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the mozzarella cheese; mix until smooth.
- 7Add the sautéed vegetables to the cheese mixture; season with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, basil, oregano, and lemon juice; stir to combine.
- 8Spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture in a baking dish; layer half of the ravioli on top.
- 9Spread half of the remaining cheese mixture over the ravioli; repeat layers with the remaining ravioli and cheese mixture.
- 10Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- 11Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- 12Let cool for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
