BBQ Salmon

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.

Grill the salmon for about 6-8 minutes on one side, then carefully flip and grill for another 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
