Remove the seeds from the green bell pepper, cut it into strips, and then into small pieces before adding it to the mixture.
Prepare the jalapeños by cutting them, keeping the seeds for extra heat, and adding them to the mix.
Rinse the onion under water to remove the strong flavor and salt, then squeeze out excess liquid before adding it to the mixture.
Finely chop the garlic and incorporate it into the final mixture, stirring until well combined.
Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour to develop the flavors.
