Start by making the sugar-free keto friendly caramel sauce.
Melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 1/4 cup swerve Brown, and 1/4 cup allulose together in a saucepan over medium heat while whisking until combined.
Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking frequently for about 2 minutes until it darkens and thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and add 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream, expecting it to bubble a lot.
Once bubbling subsides, add 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum slowly while whisking to avoid clumps.
Return the caramel sauce to low heat for about 1 minute to thicken further, then set aside to cool until thickened (up to 40 minutes).
Toast 2 cups of pecan halves on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
Let the toasted pecans cool until they are not too hot to touch, then group them into piles of about 4 pecans each to form clusters.
Check the consistency of the caramel sauce; if too thick, reheat gently until pourable.
Transfer the caramel sauce to a measuring cup with a spout for easy drizzling.
Drizzle about 2 teaspoons of caramel sauce over each cluster of pecans, ensuring every pecan is coated.
Set the clusters in the freezer for about 1 hour to firm up the caramel.
Melt 4 ounces of sugar-free dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon of butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water, stirring frequently until smooth.
Once smooth, drizzle the melted chocolate over each turtle, ensuring it doesn't run off the sides.
Optionally, sprinkle flaked sea salt on top of the chocolate before letting it set in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
