160 g sugar

Combine 500 g flour, 1 sachet yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 250 ml lukewarm milk in a bowl.

Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.

Add 70 g butter at room temperature, 70 g sugar, some salt, and lemon peel to the mixture.

Cover the bowl and let it rise for 20 to 30 minutes.

Prepare a filling by mixing 180 g cold butter, 160 g sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in another bowl.

Cover the filling and let it rest at 30 °C for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Roll out the dough and spread the filling on top.

Fold the dough and cut it into pieces.
