Add the cooled sago mixture to the coconut milk mixture, stirring well.
Incorporate mashed bananas or other flavorings as desired.
Pour the mixture into molds or a baking dish.
Steam for 15-20 minutes until set.
Let cool completely before serving.
Cut into pieces and serve with additional coconut milk if desired.
