3 tbsp whole pieces Chia seeds
1 cup Almond milk, plain or original, unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Erythritol Granulated
1 tbsp Whipping cream, extra heavy/gourmet, not whipped
2 tbsp Organic Mixed Berries Frozen
1 tbsp Organic Pumpkin Seeds / Pepitas

Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, sweetener (or more to taste), and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan.

Place the saucepan over medium-high heat and whisk to incorporate the chia seeds as they tend to float on top of the liquid ingredients.

Cook occasionally, stirring for 3-5 minutes or until the mixture has thickened into a porridge-like consistency.

Pour the hot cereal into a small bowl.
