Gather all ingredients: beetroots, onions, carrots, chilies, fresh tomatoes, rainbow peppers, cooking oil, garlic and ginger paste, curry paste, beef stock cube, salt, peppercorns, cloves, rosemary, bay leaves, honey seeds, yellow and green bell peppers, and onions for garnish.

Blend the beetroots with some water until smooth, checking the color after blending.

Add the beef stock cube and bay leaves to the blended mixture and blend again until combined.

Season the meat with salt, ginger, and garlic paste, then cover it up without adding water, using the meat's own juices for steaming.
