Nutritional yeast is a dairy-free option that adds umami.

Add cherry tomatoes, 4 Tbsp of olive oil, and spices (black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and dried parsley) to a 9x13 baking dish.

Place a block of feta cheese in the middle and dollop the tomatoes with cream cheese chunks then drizzle with 1 more Tbsp of oil.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes and remove from the oven (Bake for 15 more minutes if you want the tomatoes to burst open).

Add the cream and parmesan cheese and give it a stir then add any pasta of choice. Serve.
