Air Fried Chicken Breast Recipe (Air Fryer)

Preheat the Power Air Fry Oven 360 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare an egg wash by mixing 4 large eggs and 2 cups of buttermilk in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 cups of yellow cornmeal, 1 ounce of applewood smoked salt, and 1 tablespoon of freshly cracked black pepper to create the breading mix.

Dip each boneless skinless chicken breast into the buttermilk egg wash, ensuring they are well coated.

Transfer the chicken breasts to the breading mix, covering them thoroughly.

Place the breaded chicken breasts on the crisper tray of the air fryer.

Spray both sides of the chicken breasts with cooking spray.

Insert the crisper tray into the preheated Power Air Fry Oven 360 and set the timer for 40 minutes, but plan to check them at around 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, check the chicken for doneness; it should be above 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest briefly before cutting into it to check for juiciness.
