Add some butter in the pan and let it melt.

Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden in color.

Add button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms to the pan.

Add a good pinch of salt and mix mushrooms with butter and garlic.

Do not touch the mushrooms for a minute to allow them to cook and develop toasty bits.

After a minute, mix the mushrooms and check that they are nicely roasted.

Add chili flakes, crushed black pepper, and chopped parsley to the mushrooms and mix well.

Serve the dish hot, garnished with some parsley.
