Turn on the gas and take a pan.

Add about 0.5 tablespoon of oil to the pan.

Add salted butter to the pan.

Add 400 grams of cleaned and sliced mushrooms to the pan.

Cook on high flame without adding salt initially to allow mushrooms to release water.

Add 1 medium-sized finely chopped onion to the mushrooms.

Add 12-15 finely chopped garlic cloves to the pan.

Cook until the water from the mushrooms evaporates, about 5-6 minutes.

Once the water is evaporated, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, chili flakes, and black pepper powder.

Cook until the mushrooms are well roasted and fragrant.

Optionally, add chopped fresh coriander and mix well.
