Let the butter melt.

Add 1 large finely chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft without changing color.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they are slightly golden, stirring occasionally.

Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic and season with salt to taste and less than 0.5 teaspoon black pepper powder.

Mix well and let it cook for 1 minute.

Add fresh coriander leaves and mix.

Add 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes and mix again.
