1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon neutral flavor oil
4 sheets rice papers
1 tsp togarashi
1 tablespoon lime zest

Defrost edamame overnight in the fridge or soak in cold water and drain.

Rinse cilantro with cold water and dry with paper towels.

Chop cilantro without bruising the herbs.

Score onion in different directions and dice into smaller pieces.

Check avocado for ripeness; it should be brown. Cut in half and remove the pit.

Use a wire rack to press the avocado halves for a chunky texture.
