In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and sugar; sprinkle yeast on top and let sit until foamy, about 5-10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine bread flour, salt, and spice mix.
Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, whole eggs, and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Incorporate the raisins, candied orange cubes, and almond meal into the dough, kneading until evenly distributed.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Shape the risen dough into an oval loaf and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Brush with clarified butter and dust with icing sugar before serving.
