Start off by cooking the bacon, and then chop enough for 1/4 cup.
To a bowl, add the 80/20 ground beef, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly.
After you mix the ingredients, form into patties. I used this burger press to form my patties.
Season with SuckleBusters SPG.
Set your griddle to low temperature, and cook the burgers on one side until a nice crust develops. Toast your buns during this part as well.
After a nice crust has developed on one side, flip, and continue cooking.
Once the burgers are about done, throw a piece of cheese on them and cook until melted.
Once the cheese has melted, remove the burgers from the griddle.
Assemble your burgers with whatever toppings and condiments you choose.
