Boil 2 ounces of water.
Add 80 g of lemon gelatin to the boiling water and dissolve completely.
In a separate container, measure 1.5 ounces (45 ml) of gin and add it to the gelatin mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of vermouth and 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup to the gin and mix well.
Incorporate the gin mixture into the gelatin, stirring gently to avoid ice cubes falling in.
Prepare a glass by tilting it slightly and pour in the lemon gelatin until it reaches the edge.
Add a thin strip of lemon peel as a garnish in the glass.
Refrigerate the lemon gelatin until set.
Once set, prepare the strawberry gelatin by boiling 2 ounces of water.
Add 40 g of strawberry gelatin to the boiling water and dissolve completely.
Measure 1.5 ounces (45 ml) of gin and add it to the strawberry gelatin mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of vermouth and mix well.
Incorporate the gin mixture into the strawberry gelatin, stirring gently.
Pour the strawberry gelatin into the glass over the set lemon gelatin, filling it carefully.
Garnish the strawberry layer with a fresh strawberry.
Refrigerate again until fully set.
