1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 can black-eyed peas
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup carrots
1 can coconut milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Boil salted pigtail in water for 30 minutes, then pour out the water, rinse, and allow to cool.
