3 King oyster mushrooms

4 green onions (green part only)

Slice King oyster mushrooms and marinate them in the tare sauce for flavor.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or vegan butter).

Add 1 can of drained corn and a pinch of salt to the skillet and sautรฉ for a couple of minutes.

Grill the marinated King oyster mushrooms on a grill pan until cooked through.

Chop 4 green onions, using only the green parts.
