- 7Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- 8Press the cookie dough mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- 9In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar; mix until smooth.
- 10Spread the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the cookie dough layer.
- 11Drizzle milk on top if desired for added creaminess.
- 12Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- 13Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper.
- 14Cut into squares and serve.

- 4In a separate bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder.
- 5Fold the graham cracker mixture into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
- 6Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- 7Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chopped milk chocolate bar over the fudge layer.
- 8Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and spread evenly to cover the marshmallows and chocolate.
- 9Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- 10Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
