2 garlic cloves (minced)

mushrooms (cut in halves)
bell peppers (cut into medium pieces)
zucchini (sliced)
eggplant (cubed)
Brussels sprouts (cut in halves)
red onion (cut into medium pieces)
cherry tomatoes (whole, added later)
chopped basil (for garnish)
