Cut 600g of chicken thigh into small chunks.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Add in 2 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 egg, then mix well.

Set aside and marinate for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, add about 2 cups of corn starch and the marinated chicken thigh.

In a bowl, add 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 60ml of water, 2 tbsp of ketchup, 2 tbsp of gochujang, 2 tbsp of white vinegar, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1/2 tbsp of sugar. Mix well.

Heat up a pan on medium heat and add in the sauce mix.

Stir slowly and bring it to a boil.

Add in the baked chicken thigh and turn the heat to low.
