Wash the romaine lettuce and tomatoes.

Cut the romaine lettuce into smaller pieces, quartering it for easier eating.

Place the cut romaine lettuce as a base in a bowl.

Cook 1.5 pieces of bacon until crispy in an air fryer, then cut it up (using only 1 piece for this serving).

Add about 1/4 cup of cottage cheese on top of the lettuce.

Sprinkle the cut bacon over the cottage cheese.

Cut up 1 roma tomato and add it to the bowl.
