Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
Place a spoonful of mashed sweet potato in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
Arrange filled dough on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
