Start by cooking rice and sugar snap peas; rice is done and sugar snap peas are almost done.
Season the beef liver with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and brown gravy mix.
In a skillet, add about an inch of oil and heat it up.
Dust the liver in all-purpose flour, then add seasoning to the flour including garlic powder, onion powder, and brown gravy mix.
Once the skillet is hot, add the liver to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on one side until browned.
Flip the liver and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side until browned and tender.
Remove the liver from the skillet and keep warm.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and chopped green peppers to the drippings to begin making the gravy.
Add flour to the drippings to create a roux, using about 2-3 tablespoons of flour.
Stir in the onions and green peppers into the roux and let them cook down.
