500 grams tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 beef broth cube
250 grams canned red kidney beans
Salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet, add the beef. Season with salt and pepper and sear until brown.

Once the fat is rendered, add the garlic and saute until aromatic. Add the onion and saute until translucent.

Add the tomato sauce, water and beef broth cube. Stir. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes in low-medium heat or until the sauce thickens.

Add the canned pre-cooked kidney beans. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Cook longer if you are using the dry ones.

To serve, sprinkle some cheese on top. Serve with nacho chips.
