Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl.

Add the sugar and cream together until combined.

Beat in the eggs one at a time.

Mix in the baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Gradually mix in the flour until the dough is thick.

In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, a dash of salt, and cinnamon.

Stir in the melted butter into the cinnamon mixture.

Press down the cookie dough and spoon the cinnamon mixture onto it, folding together but leaving streaks.

Roll the dough into balls about a tablespoon at a time and place them on a lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
