Boil water, sugar, and butter in a saucepan until it comes to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add flour, mixing to form a sticky dough.
Turn the heat back on and cook the dough for 1 minute on high flame to reduce moisture.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and add vanilla extract.
Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition until the dough comes together.
Add cinnamon powder to the dough and mix well.
Prepare a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill it with the dough.
Pipe the dough into desired shapes on parchment paper, including heart shapes.
Deep freeze the piped dough for 1-1.5 hours.
Make strawberry chocolate sauce by blending strawberries with sugar and filtering it.
In a saucepan, mix milk, vanilla, and cornstarch, then cook until thick.
Add white chocolate to the thickened milk mixture and mix well.
Fry the frozen churros in medium hot oil until golden brown.
Immediately coat the fried churros in cinnamon sugar.
